• This is a remote position. • The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering long-term partnerships with key clients. • They are responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of business strategies. • In this role, the Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for designated accounts, understanding their business objectives, anticipating their needs, and delivering customized solutions to drive value and maximize customer satisfaction. • They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align company resources and capabilities with client requirements. • Success in this position is measured by the Account Manager's ability to meet and exceed revenue targets, expand market share within accounts, and strengthen relationships built on trust and mutual success. • Proactive, innovative, and results-driven, the Account Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the company's competitive position in the market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • Proven experience as a Strategic Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar role in managing high-value client accounts. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic account plans. • Strong ability to build, maintain, and grow relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organizations. • Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills to identify and pursue growth opportunities. • Demonstrated ability to drive account growth, achieve sales targets, and maximize revenue. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client issues and identify opportunities for improvement. • Skilled negotiator with a track record of closing deals and managing contract renewals. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects. • In-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products and features.
