• Responsible for implementing the sales plan and developing lubricant product sales • Achieve established sales tasks by supporting partners and acquiring new customers • Monitor and analyze sales reports in line with reviews with customers • Develop and present market insights reports • Manage the volume incentive scheme agreements in the region
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent professional experience • Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector • Preferably working experience in the Retail channel • Fluent in German, French & English language • Customer and channel management experience • Cross functional project management experience and working within multiple layers of an organization • Experience in the management and execution of marketing programs and offers • Experience with lubricants or products from similar fields • Problem-solving orientation and very good analytical and conceptual skills
