β’ Identify customer issues and provide solutions β’ Provide consultative responses to technical and non-technical questions β’ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction β’ Answer questions regarding the Brightree Pharmacy application and its services β’ Diagnose and resolve customer questions or problems over the telephone or through electronic communication β’ Interact with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues without standard documented solutions β’ Document new issues, FAQs, and resolutions β’ Identify critical issues impacting all clients and provide communications and product fixes β’ Track and document inbound support requests
β’ Prior help desk experience providing software support to external customers preferably supporting a pharmacy software product β’ Experience with pharmacy workflows and processes such as: patient registration, order entry, clinical monitoring, dispensing, compounding, NCPDP adjudication, inventory management β’ Strong understanding of pharmacy DME industry and pharmacy billing β’ Technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to tackle a problem using a logical, systematic sequential approach β’ Proven ability to resolve challenging issues in a timely manner β’ Experience working in a remote workforce β’ Must be a quick learner, self-directed, motivated, and have strong dedication and commitment level to the tasks at hand β’ Must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, project-oriented environment with the ability to own areas of the product with minimal supervision β’ Must have a great attitude, be willing to learn and increasingly strive to improve β’ Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred β’ Brightree software application experience preferred β’ Experience in Pharmacy, HME, or healthcare industry preferred β’ Bachelor's degree in finance, business, healthcare, technology, or a relevant field preferred β’ Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
