• Manage local distributors and present and demonstrate company solutions to Value Added Resellers, consultants, creative and marketing agencies and to large end-customers across Germany and Eastern Europe. • Manage a portfolio of accounts in the specified region to achieve long-term success • Work closely with company’s Content Management Systems (CMS) partners in order to close new opportunities in various market verticals (retail, corporate, education, Quick-Service-Restaurants, etc.) • Promote the company’s products and services; addressing or predicting client’s objectives • Drive entire sales cycle with large accounts, including arranging business meetings, giving presentations and client face-to-face meetings • Develop positive relationships with clients • Act as the point of contact and handle customer’s needs • Research and generate new business using existing and potential customer networks, social media, etc. • Participate in trade shows and company related events • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner • Report on status of accounts and transactions • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives • Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive • Minimum of 7 years of experience • Experience in digital signage industry • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience • Must be willing to travel as part of normal job duties • Knowledge of CRM software and MS office (MS Excel) • Understanding of sales performance metrics • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude • Outgoing, approachable personality
