📋 Description
• Provide production support, including medium to complex issues across HR • Advocate for continuous process and technology improvements within HR • Maintain organizational hierarchy, position management, and role-based access to ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity and security • Collaborate with the HR Operations and Payroll Teams to streamline process for day-to-day support for employees and managers • Audit HR data to ensure system configuration complies with federal, state and local regulations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field • Strong analytical, problem solving, consultancy, and communication skills • Passion for delivering a superior employee experience • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and competing deadlines • 5 years of experience configuring and maintaining HRIS systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, etc) • Hands-on experience working with multiple technical groups implementing HR/Payroll systems including integrations
