📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Compensation Specialist to join our team. • Develop and maintain salary structures and incentive programs that are competitive in the market, considering the independent contractor and employee models. • Conduct market analysis to assess the competitiveness of compensation offered to contractors in different regions. • Administer total compensation programs, including bonuses, Profit Share and other incentives tailored to independent contractors and employees. • Ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations in various countries, especially regarding independent contractors. Mainly in LATAM and USA. • Prepare reports and analyses on compensation and benefits trends, with a focus on organizational structure. • Work closely with others leaders within the People team to align compensation strategies with talent and organizational culture objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a remote and multicultural environment. • Knowledge of labor and tax regulations in LATAM and the USA, particularly concerning independent contractors. • Experience in designing and managing organizational structures. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. • Advance level in English is mandatory. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and People management software.
