📋 Description
• Responsible for writing, curating, and synthesizing content for meaningful learning experiences. • Deliver content via multiple modalities, including onboarding and orientation. • Define training and learner objectives to meet specific business goals. • Design and develop learning solutions and programs that best fit the needs of the learner in various formats.
🎯 Requirements
• 5 or more years of experience supporting a training/learning organization; or any combination of education and/or experience which would provide an equivalent background. • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Communication, Marketing, or other related field. • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Training/Education.
