Description

• Develop and use deep customer and market understanding to create and prioritize a product/portfolio roadmap • Create compelling business cases for new products and features that support both subscriber and revenue growth • Manage vendor selection, product development, and new product launches by engaging cross-functional teams • Partner with our brand team and agency partners to develop and maintain a compelling and defensible value proposition • Adopt a test & learn approach to iteratively solve problems and quickly get solutions to market • Monitor performance data for in-market products/portfolio and develop plans for optimization and improvement • Identify market trends with customers, competitors, new technology and marketing capabilities • Collaborate with marketing teammates to generate demand for products and effectively bolster Brightspeed’s overall value proposition • Design and implement product marketing strategies aligned with business targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field • 7+ years of marketing and/or product strategy work • Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute business strategies • 3+ years of experience in telecommunications • Self-motivation and self-discipline: complete work in a timely manner with minimal oversight • Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills • Listening, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills • Communication skills: Need to be able to communicate concisely and persuasively across PowerPoint, email and Teams calls, with executives, peers and frontline staff • Firm understanding of business financials and industry economics • Forecasting: Ability to put together a forecast with the key drivers and the resulting business outcomes
