Description

• You will report directly to our Director of E&W Sales Engineering. • Play a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales engineering & customers. • Provide deeply insightful pre-sales assistance & technical acumen. • Lead complex Voice+ pre-sales engagement as Technical SME. • Serve as an overlay in customer presentations & discovery providing exemplary pre-sales technical expertise. • Provide technical support during the sales process including answering technical questions & developing proposals with sales engineering. • Provide training sessions to Sales Engineering. • Remain up to date on product developments and industry trends. • Consultatively approach customers to understand business challenges and articulate Brightspeed’s voice solutions & offerings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of telecommunications experience supporting technical projects • Proven leader with ability to drive technical projects • Enterprise telecommunications experience supporting multiple customer segments • Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies & design principles • Strong presentation skills • Ability to effectively work cross-functionally while managing multiple large projects • Strategic & analytical skills capable of developing & leading a team • Customer-oriented with strong track record of establishing trusted relationships • Experience programming & configuring Ring Central service (BONUS) • Program management of voice conversions (BONUS) • Ring Central certified provisioner (BONUS)
