🎯 Requirements
• You are fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing) • Prior quota-carrying experience strongly preferred • Cold calling, SaaS for SMBs, and full cycle closing experience preferred • Grit, resilience, and desire to exceed sales goals • Excellent communication and prioritization skills • Self-motivated, disciplined, and organized • A proven top performer at previous companies, consistently hitting and exceeding goals • Positive mindset with ability to navigate change and quickly adapt • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
