Description
• Lead development and execution of full-cycle recruitment strategies • Collaborate with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop strategies • Build strong, diverse talent pipelines and engage passive candidates • Create an efficient, equitable process that maintains high talent standards • Conduct interviews, score exercises, and complete reference checks • Use data to evaluate recruitment strategies and stay in sync with managers • Communicate effectively for stakeholder engagement and persuasive hiring • Create a best-in-class candidate experience with inclusive practices • Identify and lead opportunities for improvement in recruiting systems
Requirements
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across a variety of roles in a fast-paced environment. • Effective screening and interview skills with sound judgment • Analytical, using data to develop and refine approach • Commitment to hiring diverse and inclusive teams • Strong communication skills for sensitive conversations • Adaptable problem-solver with tenacity and creativity • Ownership mentality in improving hiring process and outcomes
