β€’ This is a remote position. β€’ An Account Executive at Brkthru is responsible for hunting new territory and developing new business. β€’ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and prospective business opportunities. β€’ Conduct in-depth needs analyses across various industries and business types. β€’ Consistently close and secure new business to drive revenue growth. β€’ Stay informed on industry trends and emerging digital media solutions. β€’ Proactively identify and solve challenges, engaging in direct and strategic conversations both internally and externally. β€’ Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans. β€’ Generate new business through networking, outreach, and strategic prospecting. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations. β€’ Address and resolve client concerns in a timely, professional manner to foster long-term relationships. β€’ Ensure timely payment collections in alignment with company standards. β€’ Cultivate lasting client relationships, driving retention and growth. β€’ Secure client referrals and testimonials to support business development efforts. β€’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system. β€’ Participate in all required meetings and adhere to company expectations for responsiveness and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in new business sales within the advertising industry β€’ 2+ years of experience in digital media sales preferred (Programmatic, CTV/OTT, Audio, DOOH, etc.) β€’ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments β€’ Proven ability to uphold company Core Values in client and internal interactions β€’ Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas β€’ Ability to travel for client meetings and internal team gatherings as needed β€’ Must be based in or near a top 100 DMA.
