• At Brooks, we believe movement is the key to feeling more alive. • We’re driven to create gear and experiences that take people to the place that makes them feel more alive. • Our company culture sparks excitement, fuels collaboration, inspires creativity, and ignites innovation. • The Account Manager is responsible for driving Brooks product sales and growth within designated key accounts. • You will manage sell-in and sell-thru aspects of business across Brooks categories including footwear, apparel, accessories, and socks. • This includes managing seasonal sell-in and in-season sell-through across each of the designated key accounts, generating strong and consistent growth results against our annual goals in revenue and profit.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or related field • 5+ years of experience required • 3+ years experience managing family footwear/shoe chain retailer key accounts • Experience with footwear and apparel sales • Experience working in Microsoft Data Cube, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Tableau preferred • Strong understanding of basic MS Office programs • Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company • Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks • Strong presentation skills • Ability to travel up to 50% during peak season
