🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven experience in lead qualification and appointment setting, preferably in the construction, real estate, or related industries • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting • Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a knack for quick, effective decision-making • Adaptability to handle fluctuating workloads while maintaining consistent high-quality output • Genuine interest in or knowledge of sustainable construction practices and modular building concepts • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred • Comfort with a performance-driven environment, including the potential for bonus structures based on successful lead conversion • Enthusiasm for growth opportunities within an expanding, innovative company in the modular construction space
