• International Business Development Manager for Solar Energy • Develop new businesses and leads in B2B segment across regions • Driving sales strategy across multiple channels with clear metrics • Monitoring payment timelines from clients • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints • Collaborating with marketing for lead generation and participation in events • Preparing sales information for clients • Own the client’s journey from end to end

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in active sales of technical solutions for B2B market internationally 5+ years • Experience in solar sales is highly desirable • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in international markets such as Russia, APAC, MENA, North America, and Latin America • Project management experience to cover whole sales cycle • Fluent or native English required (C1+), other languages a big plus • Ability to maintain the highest level of sales negotiation, ethics, and integrity • Technical education is desirable • Experience of working or studying abroad within international settings will be a plus • Flexibility, ability to adapt to changing goals and set priorities • High level of independence, initiative, and result orientation • Willingness for frequent business trips globally
