• Have a minimum of three (3) years of sales experience in enterprise solutions • Have experience working with accounting or bookkeeping firms as a business development professional (non-nego experience) • Genuinely enjoy building trusted relationships and leading customers through the buying journey • Be a boss at generating and qualifying sales opportunities while maintaining a strong sales pipeline through to close • Be super driven, and a self-starter with a proven track record of nailing your sales targets and being a top performer • Have an understanding of the accounting industry and the opportunities and challenges that accounting practice owners face • Be an authentic and compelling communicator and comfortable presenting to an audience of (typically) senior stakeholders • Be able to demonstrate success in developing your customer's business that goes beyond just ‘making the sale’ • Be able to work autonomously and be productive while working remotely or traveling
