• This is a remote position. • Rosor Exploration is a cutting-edge geospatial and geophysical surveying company dedicated to serving the mining and energy industries. • We combine advanced technology—including helicopters, drones, and airplanes—with expert data analysis to help clients gain critical insights for exploration and resource management. • Our innovative approach ensures safer, faster, and more precise exploration, positioning us as a trusted partner in a rapidly evolving market. • We are seeking a driven and personable Business Development Representative to join our team. • As a BDR at Rosor Exploration, you will spearhead our outreach efforts, focusing on building strong partnerships and delivering customized solutions to clients in the mining and energy sectors. • This role requires frequent in-person meetings with prospects, clients, and industry stakeholders—someone who is comfortable hitting the road, shaking hands, and showcasing our innovative offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, geology, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within mining, energy, or related technical industries. • Demonstrated success in in-person sales and relationship-building; willingness to travel as needed. • Established industry connections and networks in mining, energy, or exploration is a plus. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
