β’ Responsibilities around expanding the presence and reach of Kids First by establishing connections with key referral sources. β’ Promoting services within targeted school districts and counties. β’ Supporting the recruitment and initial operations of new staff. β’ Identify and establish a connection with two school districts. β’ Reach out to identified school districts to add Kids First to their resource lists. β’ Attend school fairs to promote Kids First services. β’ Engage with parent mentors and Special Education (SPED) staff within these districts. β’ Reach out to psychologists and doctors to inform them about Kids First services. β’ Identify target counties to focus on for outreach and engagement. β’ Facilitate introductions of the CEO and Clinical Director to key referral sources. β’ Recruit and hire a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). β’ Conduct intakes and assessments for incoming BCBAs.
