📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM West Jordan, UT • Includes 1 hour unpaid break • A Client Success Manager ensures clients achieve their goals and receive maximum value from our company’s services. • They build strong relationships, manage onboarding, provide ongoing support, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth. • They are the client’s main contact with the company. • Call clients on a bi-weekly basis • Discuss current trends in client’s business • Hold strategy meetings with Sam & make suggestions based on strategies recommended • Ensure Onboarding and other fulfilment teams have everything they need to fulfill commitments to client. • Answer incoming calls • Delegate tasks as needed • Follow up on tasks reaching deadlines • Assist in special projects when possible • Monitor campaign success • Ensure the client succeeds
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in the relevant role. • Excellent verbal and written command of the English language as you will speak directly with US-based clients • Strong organizational and leadership skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
