β’ This is a remote position. β’ Tues- Sat 10 AM- 6 PM North Carolina time includes 1h unpaid break. β’ 35 hours a week β’ Lead Manager for Real Estate Prospecting β’ Handle 800+ leads in the CRM, focusing on both first contact and follow-ups β’ Work towards generating 10-15 qualified leads per day β’ Collaborate with the team to refine lead qualification criteria β’ Contribute to the development and refinement of call scripts and best practices β’ Potential for role expansion as the company scales its operations β’ Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential property sellers β’ Qualify leads based on the client's specific criteria β’ Manage and prioritize over 800 leads in the CRM system β’ Follow up consistently with prospects, ensuring timely contact β’ Overcome objections and address concerns from potential sellers β’ Push qualified leads through to the next stage of the sales process β’ Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM β’ Achieve daily targets for lead generation and qualification (aiming for 10-15 qualified leads per day) β’ Adapt communication style to effectively engage with diverse property owners β’ Handle both first contact and follow-up calls as needed
β’ Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner β’ Experience in high-volume call environments, preferably in appointment setting β’ Sales experience in real estate is a must β’ Ability to work 30-35 hours per week, with potential to increase to 40 hours β’ Comfortable working weekends (either Saturday or Sunday) β’ Assertive and persistent personality, able to navigate challenging conversations β’ Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to learn new software quickly β’ Strong time management and organizational skills β’ Resilience and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment β’ Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply industry knowledge
