• Lead efforts in membrane and blood filtration processes • Drive strategic sourcing and supplier relationships • Identify opportunities to deliver value and enhance product quality • Develop and implement global category strategies • Lead decision-making process for supplier selection
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Accounting or like); MBA desirable. • 8-10 years’ of diversified procurement and operational experience • Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications (SAP, Power BI, Ariba, etc) • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. • Highly self-motivated team player • Proven leadership skills with the demonstrated ability to influence others. • Effective project management skills. • Strong negotiation skills and contract management.
