📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Anticipated Hours – Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm Mt. Laurel Township, NJ time • This role is customer facing: Both telephone and remote ticketing. • The role escalates to the Advanced technician, Tech Lead or System Administrator. • Core Role: Create/update support tickets with accurate documentation • Daily Helpdesk support and ticket management and escalation. • Office 365 support - SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and related applications • Advanced English reading & writing comprehension • Remote NEW PC Setup • Microsoft Outlook support - Account setup and troubleshooting • Microsoft Word and Excel - Basic support - Ribbon, printing, menu options and features • Microsoft Teams - Basic support • Windows 10 \ Windows 11 - Basic support - Monitor, Display, core feature support • Printer installation and troubleshooting • Scanning setup and troubleshooting • Internet outage basic troubleshooting • Warranty requests and RMA's • Additional Roles: • Microsoft MFA enrollment support • Microsoft password reset assistance • Remote Monitoring + Patch management (Reboot + reapply updates) • Barracuda Spam Email support • Backup Monitoring and support
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role • Experience with Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel • Familiarity with Windows 10 & Windows 11 troubleshooting and basic support • Experience handling printer and scanner setup/troubleshooting • Basic networking knowledge, including internet outage troubleshooting • Experience with remote PC setup and configuration • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook account setup and troubleshooting • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (ribbon, printing, menu options) • Basic troubleshooting skills for Microsoft Teams • Ability to assist with Microsoft MFA enrollment and password resets • Experience with Remote Monitoring & Patch Management tools (e.g., reboots, updates) • Familiarity with Barracuda spam email support • Experience with backup monitoring and support • Ability to process warranty requests and RMAs
