Description

• Working proactively with customers to leverage our product for business value. • Supporting customers in achieving their goals through innovative automated services. • Ensuring customer retention and satisfaction by increasing product adoption and usage. • Building relationships with assigned customers for growth and expansion opportunities. • Capturing customer feedback to advocate for improvements with the Product team. • Developing and sharing best practices to improve process quality and efficiency. • Coaching and guiding junior team members. • Traveling for customer meetings and to speak at international events and conferences.

Requirements

• Sc./M.Sc. degree in business, law, computer science, or a related field. • 3+ years of professional experience in customer success or a similar role. • Proficient/bi-lingual in German and English. • Good understanding of tech products used by enterprise businesses and global law firms. • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment. • Experience in managing projects with multiple teams and stakeholders. • Well-organized with high attention to detail. • Comfortable working remotely and independently. • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. • Experience with data analytics and customer management tools (Gainsight is a plus).
