📋 Description

• Drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis for BTC Inc. • Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. • Create and maintain sophisticated financial models. • Develop comprehensive financial reporting packages and analyze P&L and balance sheet data. • Evaluate new opportunities and investments, conducting scenario analysis and ROI assessments. • Work collaboratively with brand leaders to support their financial needs, including budget management. • Continuously improve financial processes and systems, exploring AI tools to streamline manual processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes. • Excellent understanding of GAAP (e.g., revenue recognition methodologies, accruals, deferrals, prepaid) and solid foundation of accounting knowledge. • Proven ability to construct financial models with limited or unstructured data. • Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python). • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable recommendations. • Experience with P&L management and balance sheet analysis. • Strong communication skills to effectively present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders. • Exceptional attention to detail, capable of identifying and addressing blind spots by demonstrating a deep understanding and mastery of financial data. • Self-starter comfortable with operating with autonomy, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments and takes initiative to solve challenges.
