β€’ At BuildOps, we’re building a groundbreaking software solution to support commercial contractors. β€’ You will play a critical role in maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. β€’ Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, negotiating renewals and upsells. β€’ Ensure customer satisfaction and drive adoption of our solutions. β€’ Your excellent communication skills and account management expertise will be essential in achieving revenue growth and customer success.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of relevant sales experience including SDR/BDR type roles for B2B Saas companies. β€’ 1+ years experience working as an Account Executive for a B2B Saas company. β€’ Track record of overachieving revenue targets of $750k - $1 million + and successfully navigating and closing mid-market and corporate deals. β€’ Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β€’ Construction Industry Experience is a + β€’ Sales and Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and close deals effectively. β€’ Relationship Building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers. β€’ Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple accounts and prioritize many tasks efficiently.
