•Develop and implement sales strategies to promote light steel frame systems to key stakeholders in the construction industry. •Establish and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and engineers to increase product adoption. •Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, clearly explaining product benefits, technical features, and applications. •Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including product specifications, installation guidance, and troubleshooting. •Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met in terms of quality, customization, and delivery. •Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements. •Stay informed on industry trends, technological developments, and competitor offerings in the light steel framing sector. •Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company products. •Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement of products and services. •Achieve sales targets and report on sales metrics, pipeline development, and market penetration.
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field is preferred. •Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the construction industry. •A well-established network within the construction or light steel framing industry is a significant advantage.
