• Seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to support our Project Management Sales Division. • Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting BV’s project management services to prospective clients. • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to generate new leads and expand market presence. • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries. • Promote BV’s full suite of project management services. • Establish objectives by identifying key organizations and researching and analyzing market trends. • Follow up and close leads established in conjunction with the Executive Vice President of Sales. • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred. • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the project management, construction, or real estate sectors. • Demonstrate an ability to sell business to business services. • Proven track record of securing new business and achieving revenue growth. • Strong understanding of construction project management, real estate development, and asset preservation. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to engage with clients and attend industry events.
