• Responsible for driving the global sales strategy and execution for technical advisory services within the renewable energy sector. • Lead the NAM and global sales strategy for technical advisory services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands. • Oversee global sales performance, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, sales growth, and profitability. • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level clients. • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performance global sales team. • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in renewable energy to inform sales strategy. • Work closely with the technical advisory teams to ensure that client needs are accurately translated into service offerings and deliverables. • Lead the preparation of large & complex technical proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in renewable energy sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership position focused on renewable energy technical advisory services. • Deep knowledge of the renewable energy sector. • Demonstrated success in driving renewables technical advisory sales and revenue growth. • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing global teams. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to build and nurture senior-level clients and manage high-stakes negotiations. • Deep understanding of the regulatory, technical, and financial aspects of renewables projects. • Strong business acumen, with experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and sales forecasting.
