• Develop and manage a three-year business plan for each key industry (Pharma&Biotech, Lab&Analytical, Food&Beverage, Hydrogen) • Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including volume, assessable market, and target customer identification on a global, regional, and local scale • Identify and address gaps in the market portfolio and conduct competitor analysis • Drive talent development within key industries, facilitate global knowledge transfer and best practices across key markets • Ensure global alignment across local/regional business development teams • Enhance the customer journey and retention strategies in close coordination with Global Marketing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred • Proven management experience in business development, sales, or marketing in a manufacturing environment within one of the four key industries • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional and intercultural teams with global scope • Willingness to travel around 30% • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills and ability to adapt to fast-changing environments • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders
