• Bachelor’s degree - advanced degree is preferred. • 10+ years of experience in clinical consulting, customer success, or implementation roles within the medical device or diagnostics industry. • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex technology implementations and delivering strategic guidance across multiple clinical disciplines and care areas, including presenting to and engaging with C-suite executives. • Experience with process optimization, change management, and driving adoption of new technologies in clinical environments. • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities; solutions-oriented mindset. • Strong experience with sales methodologies like Challenger, SPIN Selling, or similar frameworks.
