• Manage sales forecasting and buyer-driven sales/marketing processes. • Build long-term relationships and propose solutions to exceed customer expectations. • Formulate strategic business development plans and lead negotiations. • Drive customer adoption using strategic analysis of data. • Evaluate implications of strategies and manage inter-organizational initiatives. • Conduct market research and analyze trends to forecast needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, mass communication, or equivalent. • MBA or relevant professional certification in marketing/sales will be an added advantage. • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the construction, architecture, or real estate industry. • Vast and strong network within the commercial and residential real estate space. • At least 7 years of experience working with commercial real estate clients. • Experience using sales tools like LinkedIn Navigator, Close.io, etc., to drive outbound activities.
