• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 7-10 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in demolition, environmental remediation, or closely related industries. • Proven ability in planning and implementing sales strategies, with a strong understanding of the regulatory and safety aspects in the industry. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and directing a sales team. • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the varying needs of high-profile clients across different sectors.
