Description

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and production teams • Conduct client calls and provide training • Maintain client documentation • Stay updated on product releases • Collaborate with clients on product updates • Deliver clear communication on functionalities and initiatives • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery • Coordinate Annual Enrollment activities • Participate in sales finalist meetings • Identify trends and training needs

Requirements

• Preferably a college degree (or equivalent) • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits administration • Strong project management experience • In-depth understanding of benefit administration • Comfortable with technology • Ability to troubleshoot issues • Experience with HRIS/payroll systems • Excellent relationship management skills • Ability to lead client meetings and deliver presentations • Consultative communication style • Proven ability to collaborate across functional areas • Resilience under pressure • Resourceful problem solver • Tech-savvy with willingness to learn new technology • Availability to travel up to 10%
