Description

• Responsible for partnering with leaders across Clinical Business Operations to optimize Investigator Payments Management portfolio • Oversee the site payments data strategy and drive end-to-end strategic projects • Apply change management and design business process frameworks to enable new business capabilities • Serve as the technical lead for the Cost Per Patient Library initiative • Manage issues, risks, and challenges relating to technical platforms and systems

Requirements

• BA Required • MBA or equivalent Master’s-level education a bonus • 5+ years of Prior pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience preferred • Prior experience in people leadership and team management • Strong track record for innovation, transformation, and project management • Prior experience with EDC, CTMS, and Contract Life Cycle Management Tool such as SAP Apttus or Agiloft • Solid understanding of clinical operations and research; drug development • Significant experience (8+ years) in strong project/program management and delivery, with PMI Project Management Certification qualification preferred • Demonstrated history of leading or managing innovation / transformation / growth / simplification programs to deliver tangible and measurable value add and change • Experience of managing and implementing approaches to grow the business & the ability to champion a growth mindset in the culture; highly accountable • A high energy-level individual with experience of working in complex, fast-paced and sometime ambiguous environments and who can operate under pressure; be decisive, vocal, visible, and comfortable to hold others to account • Demonstrated accountability, agility, and ability to drive program completion in expedited timelines • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work in “white space” and drive towards an aspirational vision • Track record of driving collaboration and fostering highly productive, functional relationships • Demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop, and coach others, oversee, and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact • Establish strategic partnerships which support our global footprint and enable us to be innovative and forward-thinking • Work closely with management to define the future strategic direction of IPM organization to modernize our operational workflow and technology • Develop and implement transformation initiatives that align with the strategic goals and objectives of the broader GCO and BeiGene mission • Execute strategic capabilities planning through internal development of tools and systems to meet future needs and deliver on BeiGene ambition
