Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences or a related field • 14+ years industry experience • Master’s degree in business, economics or a related field (preferred) • 10+ years industry experience • Strong understanding of global manufacturing processes • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and executing partnerships • Extensive network within the biotech industry • Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and strategic thinking skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Willingness and ability to undertake international business travel
