• Proactively and expertly generating leads for new clients, studies and therapy areas • Provide supportive oversight of the clinical trial pipeline • Build out and enhance DelRicht’s book of business by generating and cultivating new leads • Identify diversification opportunities through new specialities or therapeutic areas, plan sales approach with BD leadership • Provide high-touch client relationship management • Participate in the feasibility process • Maintain general knowledge of all DelRicht Research services and sites • Record and organize all customer contacts, interactions & opportunities • Handle follow-up related to upcoming trial opportunities with clients and drive completion of new study start up • Maintain high visibility within client organization and monitoring client satisfaction by communicating regularly • Track trends within the market to ensure the company’s therapeutic diversity supports future growth
• 5 years of professional experience with at least 2 years of cold outreach experience • Prior experience in a sales role within the clinical research industry • Clear verbal and written skills • Strong ability and desire to grow new leads • Tech savvy - we are a Mac and GoogleDrive company
