Description

• Hiring a talented Wastewater Business Development Lead (Biosolids) in California Region • Responsible for developing regional biosolids facilities on the order of 150,000 – 300,000 wet tons per year • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends • Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional activities • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and track sales activities using CRM software • Support the development of preliminary facility design and capital cost estimates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the biosolids, wastewater treatment, or related environmental services industries. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans and achieving revenue growth • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders • A demonstrated track record of developing successful projects is highly desirable. • Deep understanding of the biosolids and wastewater treatment industry, including regulatory and compliance requirements • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools • Minimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GED • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language
