• 5+ years of experience in mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS sales selling developer tools with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets. • Proven success in driving new business, managing renewals, and growing existing accounts. • Deep customer focus, with the ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders. • Strategic and analytical mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for optimizing sales and customer success processes. • Strong leadership and coaching ability, with experience in hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performing sales and customer success teams.
