Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a People Operations or Talent Operations (or a similar role). • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software; experience with tools like Workable, Greenhouse, or similar systems. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong sense of urgency in the workplace with a “get things done” mindset. • Proactive and resourceful problem solving skills. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a strong advantage. • Team player with strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Adaptability and flexibility. • Willingness to adapt and operate independently … changing needs of the business. • Willingness to learn and grow in a rapidly growing company.
