Description

• Founded in 2014, ButterflyMX empowers people to open and manage doors & gates from a smartphone. • Products installed in over 15,000+ properties worldwide, enhancing community access and management. • Seeking an experienced VP of Sales to lead a dynamic team and drive growth in the US. • Responsible for executing sales strategy, developing team members, and achieving revenue targets. • Ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. • 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in the proptech or for a rapid growth SaaS company • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans that drive measurable results. • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics tools. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on achieving long-term goals. • High level of business acumen and a strong understanding of customer needs and buying behaviors.
