• Join Buzz Solutions and be part of a dynamic team shaping future of energy and technology. • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and thrive in a collaborative environment. • Bring a rolodex of contacts from utility clients in North America. • Create sustainable long-term relationships and develop new leads for prospective utility clients. • Own key relationships with utility leaders and attend trade shows. • Write formal project proposals and understand utility needs to close deals. • Negotiate contracts and support project manager in transition of new contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time experience working directly with electric utilities • BA/BS, or equivalent experience, in engineering, business, or relevant field. Masters, or equivalent experience, preferred • Significant domain expertise through industry experience in one or several of the following areas: Power Grids, Power systems, Energy Markets, T&D assets and operations, Grid Planning and Operations, Grid modernization, Grid Reliability • Demonstrated track record of empathy, individual initiative, a spirit of inquiry, and solutions-orientation • Attention to detail and ability to function effectively under time pressure • Ability to work with diverse teams and translate between various areas of expertise • Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks in response to immediate customer needs • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent work ethic • Comfort with remote collaboration tools. Travel required when necessary.
