Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of full-time experience working directly with electric utilities β€’ BA/BS, or equivalent experience, in engineering, business, or relevant field. Masters, or equivalent experience, preferred β€’ Significant domain expertise through industry experience in one or several of the following areas: Power Grids, Power systems, Energy Markets, T&D assets and operations, Grid Planning and Operations, Grid modernization, Grid Reliability β€’ Demonstrated track record of empathy, individual initiative, a spirit of inquiry, and solutions-orientation β€’ Attention to detail and ability to function effectively under time pressure β€’ Ability to work with diverse teams and translate between various areas of expertise β€’ Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks in response to immediate customer needs β€’ Excellent written and oral communication skills β€’ Strong interpersonal skills and excellent work ethic β€’ Comfort with remote collaboration tools. Travel required when necessary.
