📋 Description
• Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and engage potential customers via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. • Qualify Inbound Leads: Respond to inbound leads, assess their needs, and schedule discovery calls. • Collaborate with AEs and SDRs: Work closely within your cluster to optimize outreach strategies, share insights, and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads. • Maintain CRM Hygiene: Log activities and keep lead information updated in HubSpot. • Continuous Learning & Adaptation: Improve outreach techniques through feedback, training, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in B2B SaaS Sales: Around 1 year of experience as an SDR or similar sales role within a B2B SaaS environment. • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English. • Curiosity & Proactiveness: A genuine interest in understanding customer pain points and presenting tailored solutions. • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple leads at once while keeping detailed records of outreach efforts.
