• Act as the primary point of contact for small group clients • Collaborate with Producer to understand client needs and prepare marketing strategies • Train and mentor team members • Conduct and oversee marketing efforts • Review policies, contracts, EOCs, and summaries for accuracy • Maintain client files and audit invoices
🎯 Requirements
• Over 3 years of expertise and experience • Active Life & Health license • College degree is preferred but not required • Insurance designation is a plus • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills • Strong communication skills for client presentations • Proactive in preventing obstacles
