🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decisions and measure partner performance. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a collaborative team environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong understanding of Fintech market trends • An entrepreneurial attitude with a strong desire to be an early and integral piece of a fast growing start-up • An eagerness, willingness and ability to learn about mortgage capital markets and Polly’s software offerings • Passionate about customer relationships and believe that “Our customers success is our success.” • Highly motivated, resilient and a tenacious passion for winning
