• Develop and implement comprehensive sales analytics strategies and methodologies. • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive sales growth and efficiency. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align analytics efforts with business objectives. • Design and deliver sales performance reports, dashboards, and metrics to stakeholders. • Drive the adoption of advanced analytics tools and techniques within the sales organization. • Support the development and execution of sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related field. • Proven experience leading and managing a high-performing analytics team. • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI), with an elevated level skillset in Excel. • Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM, including report and dashboard building. • Salesforce and Clari admin and system implementation experience is a plus. • Experience in the technology or software industry is preferred but not required.
