• Working alongside our Director of Business Relationships and Senior Marketing Manager to help achieve our sales and marketing goals • Understand and stay up to date on Caliber’s capabilities and the industries we serve • Develop, refine and manage sales enablement materials, including client proposal decks, templates and case studies in collaboration with account teams • Conduct research and create briefs for sales calls • Evaluate RFIs and RFPs to assess fit • Update and maintain our sales and marketing CRM • Draft marketing materials including blogs, emails, social posts, web copy, sales enablement materials, etc. • Update and maintain the Caliber website • Coordinate with design freelancers • Support event marketing and prospecting efforts • Manage sales and marketing trackers to ensure they are up to date and providing key information for Caliber Leadership • Assist in creating monthly & quarterly business development and marketing reports to reflect on success and key learnings

Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience in a B2B agency, ideally with some experience in a marketing and/or sales capacity • Enthusiasm for fintech and financial services, experience a plus • Demonstrated writing and research skills • Experience with social media marketing • Basic SEO and design knowledge preferred • Excellent project management and multitasking skills • Ability to complete tasks accurately while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines • Team player, supportive and considerate of others
