β€’ Responsible for the execution of Cigna Medicare strategy for local topline sales agencies β€’ Influence brokers to sell more by positioning the product and promoting the brand β€’ Execute on national topline strategies to drive profitable growth β€’ Develop & execute direct agent strategies to drive profitable growth and member retention β€’ Search for new local/regional agencies & agents β€’ Responsible for a territory, manage contacts and exercise long-term vision β€’ Execute on market / region sales goals and objectives β€’ Communicate and monitor downline agency sales goals β€’ Meet or exceed sales objectives through broker channel β€’ Conduct advertised sales presentations for prospects β€’ Meet with brokers and agencies to build relationships and promote the brand β€’ Produce campaign and event tracking reports β€’ Adheres to and maintains current understanding of compliance requirements β€’ Coordinates effectively with Sales Operations team β€’ Create and maintain growth relationships with key organizations

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma required β€’ Valid Health Insurance license required β€’ Stronger Microsoft suites skills, fluent in Outlook, Excel & Word β€’ Strong social media platform skills β€’ Proven sales performance and growth mindset β€’ Strong business planning skills and ability to present business plans to leadership β€’ Strong ability to train others on sales process, tools and tech, Cigna products β€’ Strong presentation skills and ability to present to a group or individual setting β€’ Strong communication skills – both verbal and written and active listening skills β€’ Strong organizational and time management skills β€’ Strong relationship building skills β€’ Strong working knowledge of the sales process and driving sales performance β€’ Ability to collaborate well both internally and externally to support achievement of market objectives β€’ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change β€’ Knowledge of systems and technology and proficient with data analytics β€’ Knowledge of marketing strategy, value proposition and senior market β€’ Adherence to CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and procedures β€’ Customer features, benefits and Medicare & Medicaid knowledge preferred β€’ Self-starter, flexible, adaptable, highly organized, proactive thinker, and innovative
