β€’ Calyxo, Inc. is a medical device company headquartered in Pleasanton, California, USA. β€’ The Sales Operations Manager is an integral and high-profile member of the organization that leads the function which supports performance analytics and insights for the commercial organization. β€’ The role will be responsible for monthly business reviews, goal setting, sales and support scorecards, territory planning & administration, CRM systems, Tableau adoption, and ad hoc analytics supporting strategic decisions for the business. β€’ The ideal candidate must be highly analytical, creative, and intellectually curious about data sets and business processes. β€’ The successful candidate will have the proven ability to make sense of complex and disparate data, be operationally savvy, have a passion for finding efficient solutions to improve commercial workflow, and be an effective people leader. β€’ Effective verbal and written communications that create confidence in the analyses and the proposed courses of action are essential.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ S. or B.A. in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science or Similar Programs β€’ 5+ years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience working in sales operations, business analyst role, process improvement, and/or program/project management, preferably at a medical device or life science company. β€’ Intermediate to above average skills with Tableau β€’ Intermediate level skills with Excel and PowerPoint β€’ Data-driven problem solver with the ability to approach challenges or issues from multiple perspectives β€’ Experience in providing meaningful narratives through the use of data and visualizations β€’ Ability to quickly and effectively analyze data, extract trends from analysis, and translate trends into actionable and understandable insights (applicant will be asked to present a past work of their own visual analytics during the interview process) β€’ Strong leadership skills, with experience coaching direct/indirect reports to drive high performing team β€’ Demonstrated organizational skills, attentiveness to detail, ability to work under limited supervision, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β€’ Ability to occasionally travel as needed
