Description

β€’ Identify business needs and recommend improved processes. β€’ Create and maintain all related documentation. β€’ Lead analytical support efforts across divisions. β€’ Lead or co-lead projects to install or improve systems. β€’ Consult with Shared Services to introduce Government Programs systems. β€’ Serve as budget liaison for Government Programs.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree (Masters preferred) in Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Management, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field. β€’ 5+ years of experience in Medicare and ACA Risk Adjustment. β€’ 7 years of experience in business analysis. β€’ At least 5 years management/leadership experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. β€’ Strong people leader focused on developing a high-performing team and ensuring the team has the resources and tools needed to be successful. β€’ Deep expertise in Risk Adjustment for Medicare and Commercial (ACA) members. β€’ Expert level analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and situations. β€’ Ability to communicate complex issues crisply and concisely to audiences at all levels.
