Description

• Seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 (M365) Director. • Background in law firm environments, specializing in eDiscovery, IG, and data management. • Bridge technology with legal operations for enhancing productivity and compliance. • Fully remote position.

Requirements

• Lead M365 initiatives. • Manage eDiscovery practices. • Drive data governance policies. • Oversee end-to-end management of M365. • Design and implement strategies for eDiscovery and Information Governance. • Liaise between IT, Legal Operations, Compliance, and Records Management teams. • Manage eDiscovery efforts and support legal holds. • Establish data retention, deletion, and archiving policies. • Develop IG frameworks supporting data lifecycle management. • Drive M365 adoption and promote best practices. • Identify improvements to enhance productivity. • Maintain documentation and user training for M365. • Ensure M365 configurations align with legal data protection standards. • Collaborate with Security team to enforce data protection policies. • Oversee regular audits of M365. • Manage a team of M365 specialists and eDiscovery professionals. • Communicate with senior leadership regarding updates and risks. • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across IT, Legal, and Client Services.
